Tower Advantage Negotiated An Exceptional Lease!
Since 1999, my family has had a cell tower on some of our property. In 2016, I received a request for an extension to the current lease. Over the next few years, I spoke with a few companies that negotiate tower leases and wasn’t 100% comfortable with any of them.
Enter Shival Bushan. Shival not only was attentive to what we wanted, gave great advice on various issues, but also listened to our suggestions (and even took a few).
Communication was a huge issue. There was never a time when I contacted Shival that he didn’t answer or at least call back in a reasonable period of time.
Shival kept us informed every step of the way during negotiations and gave us recommendations. Having had dealing with various lawyers in my lifetime, we really appreciated the honesty that Shival brought to the table. He was not a “yes” man.
