Tower Advantage Was A Welcomed Advisor!

I had the good fortune last year to work with Shival Bushan from Tower Advantage company. I live out in the country in NC, and much of my land is in woods and pasture. I received an unsolicited letter from a company that wanted to come and look at my land and have me consider leasing a portion of my land for the placement of a cell tower.

I did agree to have a representative from the company come and look at my land and discuss what the process and compensation would be. After the group came, I had their opinion, but had no way of judging how fair the offer was, and if I would have any say in the location they had chosen, as I would be looking at the tower every time I looked out my kitchen window.

Since I had no knowledge about this process, I turned to the internet and was fortunate to come upon the Tower Advantage Company, and spoke with Shival himself. When I explained what had happened and that I had no experience with anything like this, Shival explained the process, what I should expect, and what my choices could be. Shival obviously was well versed in this situation.

I asked him how much he charged to handle the process for me. He did have a system of compensation that was perfect for my situation as a retiree, and that allowed me to have him take over all the negotiations and while he kept me informed and discussed any preferences I had, I did not have to worry about any details or communication with the tower company.

Shival handled everything, and kept me informed at each step. He even recommended a location on my property that was far more satisfactory to me, and was easier access for the tower company, which they agreed to. It was such a relief to me to have him handle all the communications and ensure that my interests were represented during the entire process.

In the end, the tower company did not want to pay the rent we asked for, which was within the amount in similar situations. Since Shival would have received his compensation from the rental fee paid to me for a short period of time, he did not get any compensation for all the work he had done for me. He was wonderful to work with, always a gentleman, and a welcomed advisor during the process. If this situation comes up again, he is the first person I would call!

We were contacted by representatives of AT&T asking if we would like to pursue a lease agreement for a cell tower on our property. We agreed and then started searching online for a cell tower consultant to guide us through uncharted territory.

All the consultants in our search offered complimentary initial consultation. Shival at Tower Advantage was our clear choice after doing our due diligence.
