25 years ago, when we allowed a tower to be built on our property, the lease was simple and straightforward. But when our lease came up for renewal, we found ourselves in a stressful and frustrating negotiation. Finally we had to acknowledge that we were in over our heads.
Prior to our hiring Shival Bushan at Tower Advantage to negotiate our lease for us, I had done phone interviews with two other professional lease negotiators. Neither one suited us.
