Since 1999, my family has had a cell tower on some of our property. In 2016, I received a request for an extension to the current lease. Over the next few years, I spoke with a few companies that negotiate tower leases and wasn’t 100% comfortable with any of them.

He would be honest (and diplomatic) when he would let us know when our suggestions “probably wouldn’t work.” However, he was always willing to give them a try if we wanted him to. We learned a great deal by having him in our corner. The new deal he negotiated for us is exceptional.
