Tower Advantage Got Us More Income Than We Had Even Hoped For!

25 years ago, when we allowed a tower to be built on our property, the lease was simple and straightforward.  But when our lease came up for renewal, we found ourselves in a stressful and frustrating negotiation.  Finally we had to acknowledge that we were in over our heads.

Prior to our hiring Shival Bushan at Tower Advantage to negotiate our lease for us, I had done phone interviews with two other professional lease negotiators.  Neither one suited us.  Both tried to persuade us to sell our lease, even though we had explained that we wanted a renewal.  One of them expected us to negotiate with him on his fee.

Our experience with Shival could not have gone better!  He listened to and respected our goals.  He was excellent at communication, keeping us informed at every step of the negotiation, allowing us to give our input into the process.

He not only succeeded in getting our lease renewed, but we will be getting more income than we had even hoped for.  His fee was fair and exactly as he had presented it when we hired him.  We have another tower related contract expiring in 4 years and we will be hiring Shival again to help us then.  He has truly been a pleasure to work with.
