I inherited a cell tower lease with a property that I own. When that lease came up for renewal, I was, frankly, a bit lost as cell tower leases are not my line of business. This deal was not easy to put together and not only would I have not managed an equivalent deal on my own due to my lack of knowledge in the space, but I also would have spent a ton of time and effort on achieving a result that would not have been as favorable as the one TA achieved for me.
